The fee pays itself.
The resident saves a card and switches autopay on. Every month the fee is charged without anyone having to remember.
From MX$22 per active unit, VAT included · No contracts
Day 1
the fee is issued and charged the same day
1 attempt
per fee, never charged twice

Once, and done
Switched on from the portal; the calendar does the rest.
Save the card
The resident registers a card from the portal, without paying anything right then.
Switch autopay on
A toggle on their statement. They can switch it off whenever they want, no permission needed.
The fee charges itself
The day the fee is issued, it is charged to the saved card and the receipt arrives right away.
For the team and for residents
Collection that does not rely on remembering.
Enrolled units pay on day 1; your overdue book shrinks to whoever is actually late.
- One attempt per fee, never a retry loop
- You can switch autopay off for the whole community
- No custody: the money lands directly in the community's account
Not one more reminder.
With a saved card, the fee pays itself and the receipt shows up on their statement.
- Turn autopay on or off whenever they want
- A notice if the card was declined, so they can pay by hand
- SPEI, OXXO or card if they prefer to pay each month
Key features
An automatic charge that speaks up when something went wrong.
Charged without being there
The saved card is charged without the resident opening the app: consent was given once.
A notice if declined
If the card does not go through, the resident knows right away and the fee stays open to pay by hand.
SPEI and OXXO
Anyone who would rather not enroll pays each month by bank transfer, in cash at OXXO or by card.
A reminder before the due date
Whoever pays by hand gets a notice a few days before the deadline, without you writing a word.
What's included, in detail
Every row is a capability that already works today — and how many of the competitors we compare publish it on their site.
| Capability | Published by |
|---|---|
| Charged to the saved card without the resident present | Nobody else publishes it |
| Runs on its own each period, never charging twice | Nobody else publishes it |
| The enrolled owner pays; the tenant only when there is no owner | Nobody else publishes it |
| The resident is told if the card is declined | Nobody else publishes it |
| The community can switch autopay off | Nobody else publishes it |
| The resident turns autopay on or off whenever they want | 1 of 6 |
“Published by” counts how many of the 6 competitors we compare mention the capability on their own public site. It reads what they say, not how they solve it.
And also
The owner pays
Autopay is enrolled by the unit owner. Only when the unit has no registered owner can the tenant enroll.
Switched off, no questions asked
Cancelling autopay is always allowed. The resident is in charge of their card, not the community.
You decide whether to offer it
Management can switch automatic charges off for the whole community; once off, the calendar stops charging.
Frequently asked questions
Which day is the charge made?
The same day the fee is issued. It is attempted once per charge; if the network fails, it is retried without charging twice.
What happens if the card is declined?
The resident gets a notice in-app, by email and by push. The fee stays pending to pay by hand; it is never retried on its own.
Can the resident cancel it?
Yes, whenever they want and from their portal. Cancelling is never blocked.
What if a resident does not want autopay?
They pay each month by SPEI, at OXXO or by card from their statement, and get a reminder before the due date.
