“Published by” counts how many of the 6 competitors we compare mention the capability on their own public site. It reads what they say, not how they solve it.
And there is more
It steps down when it should
"Elevator maintenance" set to expire August 12 — past that date, it takes itself down.
You know how many have read it
"Read by 31 residents" right on the notice — no wondering whether anyone heard.
The bell never goes quiet
The in-app notice always arrives, whatever each resident picks — email and push follow their preferences.
Frequently asked questions
Can residents choose what they receive?
Yes. Every resident decides what reaches them by email and by browser push, notice type by notice type. The in-app notice is the exception: the bell never goes quiet, so the important things never depend on settings.
Do I have to remember to take old notices down?
No. When you publish, you give the notice an expiry date and, once it arrives, it retires on its own — no boards full of months-old circulars. While it is live, you can edit or remove it whenever you like.
How do I know an announcement was read?
Every notice carries its own read confirmation: the detail view shows how many residents have already opened it. No need to ask the building chat whether anyone saw it.
Which notices send themselves?
The ones that follow something that already happened: a package arrived, a booking was approved, a guest was registered, a charge came due. And the ones that follow something that didn't happen: the package that has sat at the front desk for three days with nobody coming for it —and its unclaimed alert on the seventh— or the confirmed booking that's tomorrow, remembered the morning before. Nobody has to remember to write them.
