From one community to a portfolio

You add communities; the account, the team and the invoice stay one.

  1. Add the community

Name, declared units, done: it shows up in your portfolio with a space of its own.

  2. Each in its own lane

Treasury, charges and team kept apart per community. Whoever works in one never sees the others.

  3. One invoice a month

The team gets a single charge per active unit, itemized by community.

For the team and for residents

For Property Managers

Switch communities without switching accounts.

For each community

Its data stays its own.

Each community's board and team see only what belongs to them — never the rest of the portfolio.

  • Data scope limited to its community
  • Its own board and its own team
  • Transfer to another manager without losing a thing

And also

Transfer

The community leaves with its history

The board and the current operator approve the transfer through a link that expires. Nothing gets re-entered.

Per active unit

The invoice follows adoption

Billing is based on each community's active units, so it grows as residents join.

Context

One community at a time, all within reach

Pick the community you are working in and the whole dashboard follows: charges, treasury, visits.

Frequently asked questions

Can I manage communities of different sizes?

Yes. Each community declares its units and keeps its own count of active units; the team's invoice adds up each one's subtotal.

Can one community see another's data?

No. Each community's treasury, charges and visits live in their own scope. Only someone with a seat across the whole team sees the full portfolio.

How is a portfolio billed?

With a single monthly invoice per team and one line per community: its active units times the per-unit price. Your accountant gets one document.

What if a community changes managers?

It gets transferred. The board and the current operator approve the change — and the receiving operator, when there is one — and the community leaves with its full history.

One portfolio, one account.

Add your next community today — the invoice stays one.
