From the receipt to the meeting report

Community bookkeeping, without a full-time accountant.

  1. Income comes in on its own

Every paid charge becomes income without typing it in. Expenses you log with their category — maintenance, security, cleaning — and their receipt attached.

  2. Compare by period

Monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, biannual or annual — against the previous period, with no math on your side.

  3. Present and export

Charts for the meeting and the whole period as CSV —income and spending— for the accountant. No rework.

For the team and for residents

For Administrators

The members' meeting stops being an interrogation.

Income against spending, expenses by category and automatic comparisons — the numbers arrive explained, not questioned.

  • Income vs expenses charted month by month
  • Breakdown by expense category
  • Collection rate built into the financial picture
For the Board

Oversight without friction.

Each board role signs in with its own access: the president oversees the numbers without editing them, and the treasurer runs the treasury.

  • Role-based access: the president reviews, the treasurer operates
  • Every change in the audit log, with name and time
  • Reports ready to review, not to rebuild

Receipts attached

Every entry with its invoice or ticket — the evidence lives next to the number.

CSV export

The whole period in one click: what was collected, unit by unit, and what was spent, with its category and vendor. Or just the expenses, if that's what your accountant asks for.

Frequent questions

Can I attach invoices to expenses?

Yes. Every expense takes its receipt — invoice, ticket or photo — and it stays stored next to the entry, ready for the members' meeting or an audit.

Which periods can I compare?

Monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, biannual or annual. You pick the cut-off and Communeo puts together the comparison against the previous period for you.

Can the board see the reports?

Yes. Each board role signs in with its own access: the president oversees treasury and collections up to date without being able to edit them, and the treasurer also operates — logging expenses and managing payments. The audit log keeps who did what.

How do I export the information?

One click downloads the whole period as CSV: the income collected, unit by unit, and the spending with its category and vendor, in the same file. And if your accountant would rather have only the expenses, that file is still there, with notes, recurrence and who logged each one.
