What's included, in detail

Frequently asked questions
Can I require approval on certain amenities?
Yes. Each amenity decides on its own: the pool can confirm instantly while the party room goes through your approval. Pending requests wait for you on the main panel.
Can I charge for the party room?
Yes. Each amenity can carry its own booking cost. You approve the request and the resident pays online — card, bank transfer or cash — with the slot held for 45 minutes while they complete the payment. The booking is confirmed the moment they pay, with nobody to chase.
How are double bookings prevented?
Availability is computed against the bookings already confirmed: a claimed slot stops showing as free, so two units can never end up with the same block.
Can I pause bookings for units with a past-due balance?
If your bylaws allow it, yes. It's configurable per community: when a unit carries a past-due balance, its bookings are paused and the notice to the resident cites the rule.
Can the booking be added to the resident's calendar?
Yes. The email that confirms the booking —the approval one, or the payment one when the amenity has a cost— carries a calendar file attached: one tap opens it and the booking lands in their own calendar, with the amenity, the day and the time. It's a file to add, not a sync: if anything changes later, the notice reaches them in the app.
Does the resident get a reminder before their booking?
Yes. The morning before, the reminder reaches them with the amenity, the day and the time: the notice in the app always, and a browser push if they've kept it on. Only confirmed bookings earn one: reminding someone about something that could still change is worse than saying nothing. And the same notice invites them to cancel if their plans changed, so the slot frees up in time for a neighbour.
